•Lead contract management from inception to execution, including drafting, risk assessment, negotiation, and handover.
•Manage contract execution, overseeing variations, claims, payments, and bonds in collaboration.
•Establish and maintain efficient document systems for contract compliance and accuracy.
•Provide project support, including planning, issue resolution, and milestone monitoring.
•Assess project completion and cost adherence, reporting deviations to headquarters for action.

• Reviewing Tender Documents to ensure all project requirements, specifications, and contractual terms are clearly outlined.
• Collaborating with the project teams to oversee and monitor project activities, including procurement of materials and preparing Bills/IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates).
• Crafting compelling bids and proposals for diverse contract types.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Understanding project specifications to accurately estimate project costs by analyzing various factors, such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Providing a complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
• Reviewing & analyzing technical/structural drawings to prepare & assemble accurate bar bending schedules (BBS) and shop drawings.
• Managing the budget by monitoring project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and proposing cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best prices. Reviewing & verifying their invoices.

• Assisting The Chief Resident Engineer in day to day tasks  Assignments. 
• Reviewing & Verifying the construction schedule, resource pools, resource assignments and procurement plans. 
Managing the production of the required outputs, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Coordinating with the Project teams of multiple Stakeholders on matters of Scheduling, tracking and monitoring. 
• Reviewing & Analyzing the Claims for Extension of Time & Monetary Compensation submitted by contractors. 
• Assisting the Chief Resident Engineer in matters of Contract Administration & Management. 
• Analyzing & Documenting any deviations, changes or amendments arising during contract implementation. 
Ensuring that quality of work packages and deliverables complies with the quality requirements defined in the Technical Specitions & SOW.
• Drafting contractual emails/notices to Employer/Client and Contractors in accordance with the Contract. 
• Preparing & compiling the weekly & Monthly progress reports and different evolution reports as per the contract. 
• Organizing, Facilitating and Attending Progress Meetings with the client & Contractors and Drafting Minutes. 
• Coordinating & collaborating with the Site Team in daily QA/QC inspections. 
• Coordinating & Corresponding with the Head-office team in daily matters of site issues, project progress and planning. 

Project: Infrastructure and Area Development Navy Housing Scheme Mauripur Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, Administering & Monitoring the site works & Arranging and Facilitating daily QA/QC inspections. 
• Working with all the stakeholders to ensure the project’s Compliance with the applicable codes,standards and specifications and adapting all plans relevant for approval by the Engineer/Client.
• Systematically and efficiently co-managing contract management for maximizing performance efficiencies and minimizing/mitigating risks. 
• Preparing, reviewing and implementing RFI\'s and change orders, Precise estimates  & rate analysis, Claims & IPCs.
• Drafting contractual letters/notices to Employer/Client/Engineer in accordance with the Contract agreement. (FIDIC Red book, 4th Ed. 1987)
• Liasing with the suppliers & vendors for Procurement of equipment, material, machinery & Arranging Subcontractors.
⦁ Managing budgets, cash flow and obligations to ensure that deliverables are met and payments to sub-contractors and suppliers/vendors are received on time.
• Assistin Preparationof Extension of Time and Monetary compensation claims 
• Preparing & Submitting the Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as per the obligations defined in the Contract documents including FIDIC Red book (4th Ed., 1987).
